On December 12, 2011, the West Bloomfield School Board and the Greater West Bloomfield Cable Communication Commission finalized an agreement for CVTV to provide management services for the District cable channel WBTV19. Under the agreement, CVTV will produce coverage of School Board meetings and major district events such as Graduation Ceremonies.

CVTV will also coordinate the scheduling and playback of programming produced by schools in the district. For these services, CVTV will convert the current Green Media Center into a production facility for the operation of CVTV and WBTV.
